Last updated:
Lawful use only
You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you and your use of the service.
Digital access
Access is provided after payment confirmation, and credentials must be kept secure.
Balanced refund review
Eligible payment or delivery problems may be reviewed individually through official support.
Agreement and eligibility
By visiting, purchasing, or using REDArmor 2.0 services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.
You may use the service only if you can legally enter into this agreement under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for reviewing these terms before making a purchase or using digital access.
Lawful use and local laws
REDArmor 2.0 provides call-spoofing, voice-changing, SIP, and related digital tools for lawful purposes. The rules for these technologies differ between countries and jurisdictions.
You are solely responsible for understanding and following all local, state, national, and international laws that apply to your activity.
Prohibited use
You must not use the service to:
- commit fraud, theft, deception, or any other unlawful act;
- harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or harm another person;
- impersonate another person or organization without lawful authority or permission;
- misrepresent emergency services, government agencies, financial institutions, or trusted organizations;
- collect passwords, payment details, authentication codes, or personal information through deception;
- interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or attempt unauthorized access; or
- resell or redistribute access unless you are authorized through the reseller program.
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.
Purchases, payment, and activation
Payment details
Before sending payment, check the selected plan, amount, currency, network, and destination address. You are responsible for using the correct details shown on the payment page.
Confirmation and access
Digital access is provided after the payment can be confirmed. Network delays, incorrect transaction details, or missing verification information may delay activation.
Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible. REDArmor 2.0 cannot reverse a transaction sent through a public payment network or recover funds sent to an incorrect address or network.
Refund policy
Digital and cryptocurrency payments are normally final after access or credentials are delivered. Duplicate payments, incorrect payment amounts, and cases where paid access was not delivered may be reviewed individually through the official contact page. Refunds are not guaranteed, and verifiable transaction details may be required.
A request must be made through official support. Payment-network fees, price changes, user error, unlawful use, or termination for a breach of these terms do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Access codes and credentials
Access codes, activation keys, usernames, passwords, SIP details, and other credentials are provided for authorized use. You must keep them secure and must not publish or share them with unauthorized people.
You are responsible for activity performed through your access. Contact official support promptly if you believe a credential has been exposed or misused.
Service availability and compatibility
We work to keep the service available and compatible with supported devices and software, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, internet conditions, public networks, device settings, or external software may affect availability or performance.
Features may receive reasonable updates for security, reliability, compatibility, or legal requirements. Support can help with setup questions, but you remain responsible for your device, connection, and third-party software configuration.
Intellectual property
The REDArmor 2.0 service, website, branding, original content, features, and functionality remain the property of REDArmor 2.0 and its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership or permit unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when these terms are breached, when payment cannot be confirmed, when credentials are shared without permission, or when activity creates a security, fraud, abuse, or legal risk.
Serious illegal or harmful activity may result in immediate termination without prior notice. Termination for a breach does not automatically create refund eligibility.
Liability, changes, and contact
Disclaimer and responsibility
The service is provided on an available basis. You are responsible for deciding whether it is lawful and suitable for your intended use. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, REDArmor 2.0, its directors, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use or misuse of the service.
Your responsibility for misuse
You agree to take responsibility for claims, losses, or costs arising from your unlawful use, misuse, or breach of these terms, and to protect REDArmor 2.0 from related claims where permitted by law.

These terms are interpreted under the laws that apply to the service and the user. If one part cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply. We may update these terms when services, operations, or legal requirements change; the date at the top shows the latest version.
